Question 1

How can you deliver in 48 hours with zero meetings?

Accepted Answer

While traditional agencies spend 5 days coordinating calendars for a 45-minute discovery call, you describe your issue in our simple intake form with a URL, screenshot, or 2-minute Loom video. With 20+ years of hands-on production experience, I diagnose the root cause immediately, test in staging, and push working code to production. No calendar delays, no timezone friction, and no meeting overhead.

Question 2

What counts as 1 active task in the $999/mo monthly plan?

Accepted Answer

A task is any distinct engineering deliverable achievable in 24–48 hours: a bug fix, API webhook integration, new UI component, database query optimization, or edge caching rule. If you request a large monolithic feature, I break it down into clean 24–48h milestone pull requests so you receive working software continuously. You can queue as many tasks as you want; they are executed sequentially in your priority order.

Question 3

What if my issue is too complex for a $99 fix?

Accepted Answer

If your project requires broader refactoring or custom architecture beyond a standard 48-hour fix, I will review your site and provide a guaranteed fixed-price quote in writing within 24 hours — free of charge and with zero sales calls. You decide whether to proceed with complete upfront certainty.

Question 4

Will working on my website cause downtime or break my live store?

Accepted Answer

No. Safety comes first: every task begins with a full backup of your website files and database. Complex or non-trivial fixes are tested on a staging or isolated test environment before deploying to production, ensuring your visitors and live transactions are never disrupted.

Question 5

What if you can't fix my issue? Is there a money-back guarantee?

Accepted Answer

Yes, 100% Money-Back Guarantee. If I cannot diagnose and solve the agreed root cause, or if the fix is technically impossible in your hosting setup, you receive a full 100% refund. You take zero financial risk.

Question 6

How does the $999/mo retainer compare to a full-time hire or agency?

Accepted Answer

A full-time senior US software engineer costs $150,000+ per year ($12,000+/mo) plus benefits, equity, recruiter fees, and notice periods — and you pay them even during product lulls. Traditional agencies charge $5,000–$15,000/mo minimums and hand your work to junior devs after hours of meetings. SazM gives you a dedicated 20-year senior engineer for $999/mo with zero meetings, 24–48h turnaround, and the freedom to pause or cancel anytime with one click.

Question 7

Can I hire you for a single fix without a monthly subscription?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Most clients start with a single fixed-price fix — such as an urgent bug fix for $99 or a speed fix for $199. You pay once, your issue is diagnosed and fixed within 48 hours, and there is zero ongoing commitment. Monthly plans ($999/mo) are strictly optional for businesses with continuous backlogs.

Question 8

How do I safely grant access to my website or server?

Accepted Answer

You never have to share master passwords. You can invite me as a temporary WordPress administrator, a GitHub/GitLab collaborator, or grant restricted staging FTP/SSH access. Credentials can be shared through our encrypted intake form or password managers, and you can revoke access anytime once the work is verified.

Question 9

What website platforms and technologies do you support?

Accepted Answer

WordPress, WooCommerce, custom PHP applications, Laravel, online stores (Shopify, WooCommerce, custom carts), CMS platforms, and modern web apps built with React, Next.js, and Node.js. With 20+ years of hands-on production experience, I get oriented quickly across mainstream web stacks.

Question 10

Who actually does the work? Do you hand off to juniors or outsource?

Accepted Answer

I do all the work personally — Saravana Bhava, a senior developer with 20+ years in production (since Oct 2006) and 100+ projects in the portfolio. No junior developers, no white-label agencies, and no outsourced subcontractors.

Question 11

Who owns the code and deliverables?

Accepted Answer

You do. You own 100% of all code, assets, configuration, and deliverables created for you. Everything is committed directly to your repository or installed on your site.

Question 12

How do billing, payment, and invoicing work?

Accepted Answer

You pay in USD through PayPal, which accepts credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal balances. Fixed-price fixes are billed once; monthly plans bill automatically each month and can be paused or cancelled anytime. An invoice/receipt is issued automatically for every payment.
